Arindom 'Roy' Karmaker
After completing his Diploma in Aircraft Avionics Engineering, Roy commenced his Avionics career in 1992. Before commencing employment with us here at AMC in 2017 as a B2 LAME. Roy has previously worked for Hawker Pacific and Pacific Avionics.
As a lead Avionics LAME, Roy is responsible for not only Aircraft Avionics maintenance, installation and troubleshooting but also system developments.
AMC has recently gained Garmin Dealership and Roys current project is to develop and enhance our current Avionics Department.

Gerard Nolan
Gerard trained in the RNZAF as an aircraft mechanic before completing his LAME qualifications, shortly after Gerard and his wife set up and ran a GA maintenance business for 13 years. After selling the business Gerard had a short working stint in Canada before settling in Australia in 2006. He worked as Chief Engineer for a couple of years then joined CASA in Brisbane, eventually leaving after 10 years, his final position was Northern Region Manager in Cairns.
Gerard has worked for Experience Co since August 2019, his main focus is to try and provide the right framework for safety management, that is suitable for the context of each business unit, so that staff and customers have confidence in our management of risk.
